Return Policy for Online Orders: Remanufactured, Compatible, and Toner Cartridges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 90-day exchange guarantee on Remanufactured Ink-Jet, Toner, and Compatible Cartridges. Please note that Printer Refillers™ cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from incorrect cartridge installation or the purchase of the wrong cartridges. Depletion of cartridge ink due to normal printing usage does not qualify as a valid reason for return. Printer Refillers™ reserves the right to retain any refunded cartridge for research and development purposes. Open Remanufactured, Compatible, and Toner Cartridges are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Online orders
- Defective items:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and exchanges are allowed within 90 days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case of a complete order return, a full refund will be issued. However, for partial returns, the refund will be processed only for the items being returned.
- Non-defective closed items:
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. A return is permissible for unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date, with the refunded amount limited to the item price only. Furthermore, a compulsory restocking fee of 30% will be applied to non-defective items. It is important to note that Printer Refillers will not cover the expenses related to shipping for returned cartridges.
- Non-defective opened items:
Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of dissatisfaction with an opened item, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase; however, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is important to note that Printer Refillers will not cover the expenses associated with shipping for returned cartridges.
Unsuccessful Delivery Policy – Printer Refillers
At Printer Refillers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. While we strive to ensure successful and prompt deliveries, there may be instances when deliveries are unsuccessful for various reasons. To address these situations, we have established the following policy regarding unsuccessful deliveries:
1. Redelivery Fee:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control, inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information, or unavailability at the provided address, we may charge a redelivery fee. The redelivery fee covers the cost of an additional delivery attempt. The specific amount of the redelivery fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and our customer support team will provide you with the details.
2. Order Cancellation and Address Blocking:
In certain cases where multiple delivery attempts have failed at a particular address or if there are consistent issues with the provided delivery address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the delivery address from future orders. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, and it will be communicated to the customer by our customer support team.
3. Accurate Address Information:
To avoid unsuccessful deliveries and associated fees or cancellations, we strongly recommend that customers provide accurate and complete delivery address information during the order placement. This includes correct contact details, delivery instructions, and accessibility information. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
4. Customer Communication:
We understand that circumstances may vary, and we are committed to working with our customers to resolve delivery issues. Warranty for Printer Refillers’ YRTS Products and Warnings to Disable Firmware Updates
1. All Printer Refillers’ YRTS products and products that include “Warnings to Disable Firmware Updates” in use (open box or installed in the printers) at the time of an update from the OEM manufacturers and therefore cease to function due to this same update; WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED (RMA) OR REFUNDED.

2. All Printer Refillers’ YRTS products and products that include “Warnings to Disable Firmware Updates” that are unused (unopened box) or unsold (in stock) and require a chip upgrade due to an update from the OEM manufacturers will be exchanged and not reimbursed. Please place a new order for your replacement products for the exact quantity of your RMA request. Valid for 60 days after purchase.
3. All information about Printer Refillers’ YRTS products and products that include “Warnings to Disable Firmware Updates” that may be affected by an upgrade and the procedure to disable automatic updates are available on the Printer Refillers website http://islandinkjetwinnipeg.com/Printer_Refillers_2025/firmware/
Warranty on Printer Refillers’ products affected by the HP+/Instant Ink program.
1. Printer Refillers” products will not work for a customer who has joined the HP+ Instant Ink program and therefore the printer ending with the letter e ie: Officejet 4630e
This procedure is irrevocable.
No credit or refund will be made in this case.
Bulk Ink & Refill Kits
All sales of bulk ink and refill kits, including Epson eco-tank, Canon mega tank, and HP tank bulk ink, are considered final and non-refundable.
OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Unopened OEM cartridges may be returned. Any issues with an OEM cartridge should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Printer Refillers™ cannot be held liable for OEM cartridges once the original packaging has been opened.
Speical Order Items
A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returned special order items.
